Uobo.es, hereinafter referred to as RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Therefore, the following processing information is provided:
Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The planned processing operations are:
Sending of commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical means, current or future, which enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. Users, by marking the appropriate boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to address their query by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User ensures that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The RESPONSIBLE informs and expressly ensures users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties and that whenever any type of personal data transfer is made, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be previously requested. All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are essential for the provision of an optimal service to the User. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to their needs.

In accordance with current data protection regulations, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data in its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, for which they are processed in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and appropriate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
